Our Cooperative Society, the Calabar Central Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society Limited (CCMPCS), is a primary, non-institutional Cooperative Society established in 1952 by individuals with common interests. The Society was registered the following year on August 6, 1953 by the then Regional Government of Eastern Nigeria, as the Calabar Central Cooperative Thrift and Credit Society Limited.
